At SNTP Technologies, our manufacturing capability is the backbone of our commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation in rebar connection systems. Our dedicated production facility in Ghaziabad, spread over approx. 48,500 sq. ft., is a modern setup equipped with the latest technology in rebar threading, cold forging, CNC machining, and quality testing.

We have a production capacity exceeding 5 million rebar couplers annually, enabling us to support large-scale infrastructure projects without compromising on delivery timelines or product quality. Our plant operates with high-speed threading machines, automated cold forging presses, and specialized inspection systems designed to maintain precision in every single coupler. Each step of the manufacturing process—from bar preparation and threading to forging and final finishing—is carried out under strict process controls, ensuring uniformity and structural reliability.

To meet the quality standards defined under IS 16172:2023, SNTP has set up an in-house quality control laboratory equipped to perform various acceptance and type tests, including tensile strength, slip, fatigue, torque, and dimensional accuracy tests. Samples are tested as per the BIS-specified sampling plan, and third-party validation is regularly carried out to maintain certification integrity. Our facility is aligned with a robust Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ensuring that each batch of couplers is fully traceable and meets national and project-specific specifications.

In addition to high-volume production, SNTP also has the capability to deliver customized coupler solutions—including crimp-type, bolted, and anchored variants—tailored to unique site conditions and structural requirements. Our skilled workforce, along with dedicated production and logistics teams, enables us to maintain high efficiency in order processing, packaging, and dispatch across PAN India.
